Cancellation & Refund Policy: (Cancellation Deadline January 15th, 2008) In case of cancellation till November 30, 2007, a full refund, less the processing fee of $50 will be processed in the same manner.  In case of cancellation by January 15, 2008, a fifty percent (50%) refund, less $50 processing fee will be processed in the same manner.  No refund will be allowed for cancellation requests after January15, 2008, however tickets may be transferred to a substitute participant.
Disclaimer: The WCMP and its affiliates and convenors will not be responsible for any loss or damage to materials before, during and after conference. In addition, WCMP and its affiliates and convenors will not be responsible for shipping charges to the hotel.
Indemnification:  You hereby covenant and agree to indemnify, defend, save and hold NEG and WCMP, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents and representatives free, clear, and harmless from any/all liabilities, loss, costs, expenses, including attorney's fees.  Judgments, claims, and demands of any kind, whatsoever in connection with, arising out of, or by reason of any act, omission, or negligence of NEG and WCMP or its respective agents, employees servants, or contractors in any way connected with or arising out of any accident, injury or damage whether to person or property whatsoever, occurring before, at, in, upon, about, after, or in any manner connected with this event.  
Insurance: NEG and WCMP do not carry any insurance that covers its attendees/participants/registrants.  Attendees/Participants/Registrants are required to have their own insurances for cancellation, emergency, accident, health or any travel related to this event.
Privacy Policy: The information collected in this form is subject to our privacy policy posted at WCMP official website. We will not share your information stored in our database with any third party source without expressed permission.
Responsibility: The responsibility of NEG and WCMP in coordinating meeting, tour, hotel, travel or visa arrangements is limited. NEG and WCMP assumes no liability whatsoever for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity which may be occasioned either by Act of God, reason of defect, through the acts or defaults of any company or person engaged in the management for travel or tour, or from any cause beyond NEG and WCMP's control.
